Please Read These Terms Carefully

When you create an account with Djane Studio, place an order through our website, or submit your order details through WhatsApp, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Product Information & Decorative Use

Djane Studio products, including wall art, wall frames, and other decorative items, are intended for decorative purposes. We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, and images. However, slight variations in colour, appearance, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the manufacturing process, materials used, photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, or production variations.

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended space and surface and for following the installation, handling, and care instructions provided with the product.

Customization

Djane Studio offers customization in size, design, and colour according to customer requirements, subject to feasibility and approval by our team. However, we do not provide customization involving human or character images.

The size of an existing product can be customized. For example, if a frame is listed in 12 × 8 inches and you require it in 15 × 10 inches, the larger size may be provided and the price applicable to the 15 × 10 inch size will be charged. Similarly, colour changes and other available design modifications can be requested.

Customization charges vary depending on the type and extent of the changes requested. Fully customized designs may carry separate charges. For full customization, customers must provide a suitable high-quality image or artwork in the required resolution and format.

Customized orders may require an additional 2–3 days for design and processing. All customized orders are accepted on a 100% prepaid basis only. Customization work will begin only after full payment has been received. Cash on Delivery (COD) and partial advance payment options are not available for customized orders.

Customized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the customization or design work has started.

Courier & Logistics

We ship orders through available logistics partners such as Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, FedEx, DTDC and other courier services. If a PIN code is not serviceable through our regular partners, an alternative available shipping service may be used where applicable.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details and the estimated delivery timeline may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the courier partner. Delivery movement after dispatch is handled by the courier company and may be affected by location, weather, operational delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Delivery commonly takes approximately 7–8 days after shipping and may take up to 12–14 days depending on location and courier performance. If an order remains undelivered beyond the expected timeline, you may contact us for assistance.

COD & Advance Payment

Cash on Delivery availability may be restricted or discontinued because of high RTO losses. Where a ₹300 advance payment option is offered, the customer may pay ₹300 in advance and the remaining eligible amount at delivery.

If an advance-payment order is later cancelled or refused, the advance amount may be non-refundable where this condition was disclosed at checkout. For prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch, applicable freight and RTO charges may be deducted from the refund.

Shipping, COD handling and advance-payment charges displayed at checkout will apply to the order. Such options or charges may be changed or temporarily disabled during sales, special offers or operational restrictions.

Refunds

If a returned product is accepted for refund under the applicable Return & Refund Policy, the refund will normally be initiated within 2–3 business days after the required return stage is completed.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, applicable payment-gateway or processing deductions disclosed during cancellation may be deducted. If cancellation occurs after shipping, applicable freight and RTO charges may be deducted and the refund may be processed only after the shipment enters or completes the required return process.

Refund eligibility remains subject to the Return & Refund Policy and the condition of the order.

Marketplace & Retailer Purchases

If you purchase a Djane Studio product through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, another marketplace, or a local retailer and face an issue such as a missing item, transit damage or delivery-related concern, replacement/refund requests must be raised through the respective marketplace or seller according to their policy.

Any direct manufacturer warranty or service, where specifically provided with a product, will be governed by the warranty terms supplied with that product.

Wallet & Cashback

If Djane Studio provides a wallet or cashback facility, wallet balance is not transferable to a bank account, Paytm or another payment account and may only be used for eligible purchases on Djane Studio.

Cashback rates, eligibility, validity and redemption conditions may vary and will be governed by the offer shown at the time of purchase. If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, related cashback or wallet credit may be reversed or forfeited according to the applicable offer terms.

WhatsApp Service

WhatsApp support is provided to assist customers with product enquiries, ordering assistance and service-related questions. Delivery tracking should primarily be followed through the tracking information supplied after dispatch. If tracking shows an exception, undelivered status or another genuine delivery issue, you may contact our team for assistance.

Personal Information & Payment Security

Customers must use their own authorized payment method. Djane Studio will not be responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use of a card, UPI account or other payment instrument by a user.

Website payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Card, bank or payment credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Djane Studio except for transaction references and information required for order processing.

License & Site Access

Djane Studio grants you limited access to use this website for lawful personal shopping and related purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website content, product designs, photographs, graphics, trademarks, systems or data without authorization.

Minimum Age & Eligibility

You certify that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website and placing an order with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Prices & Availability

Prices, offers, product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Djane Studio may correct pricing, listing or inventory errors and may refuse or cancel an affected order. Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Account & Registration

Your mobile number and/or email address may be treated as primary identifiers for your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, authentic and complete information. Djane Studio may suspend, terminate or restrict an account where information is false, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent or where the account is used in violation of these Terms.

Djane Studio will not be responsible for consequences arising from a customer's failure to protect account credentials or update changed contact information.

Cancellation by Djane Studio / Customer

Djane Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, containing incorrect product information, affected by stock or serviceability issues, suspected fraud, or another genuine operational reason. If payment has been received and the order is cancelled by us, the applicable refundable amount will be processed.

Customer cancellation requests are subject to the stage of processing, production, customization, packing and dispatch. Customized or made-to-order products may not be cancellable after customization, printing, production or packing has started, and applicable prepaid/customization amounts may be non-refundable.

Website, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Djane Studio operates its website using third-party domain, hosting, payment, communication, analytics and logistics services where required. Availability of the website or a third-party service may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our direct control.

Cookies & Website Technologies

Our website may use cookies, sessions and similar technologies that are necessary for features such as login, cart, checkout, preferences, security, analytics or advertising measurement. Your browser may allow you to control certain cookies, although disabling necessary cookies can affect website functionality.

Privacy

We collect information reasonably required to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, operate accounts, prevent misuse and meet legal or tax requirements. This may include name, mobile number, email address, PIN code, delivery address and GSTIN where applicable.

Information required for fulfilment may be shared with relevant service providers such as courier/logistics partners, payment processors and other operational providers only to the extent necessary for the applicable service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, where available, for further details.

Copyright & Trademark

Unless otherwise stated, Djane Studio branding, original product designs, website graphics, photographs, text, layouts and other original content are owned by or licensed to Djane Studio and/or its operating entity. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, distribution or commercial use may violate intellectual-property rights.

Third-party names, vehicle names, brands, artwork references or trademarks, where used descriptively, remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation unless expressly stated.

Installation, Handling & Care

Wall art, frames and decorative products should be installed using mounting hardware or methods suitable for the product weight, wall type and surface condition. Where professional installation is appropriate, customers should use a competent installer.

Before installation, check the wall/surface and mounting points. Keep products away from excessive moisture, direct heat and conditions unsuitable for the stated material. Handle printed, framed, acrylic, glass or decorative surfaces carefully and clean only using methods appropriate for the material.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable mounting hardware, falls, impact, moisture, misuse, alteration, customer experiments or failure to follow supplied care instructions may not be covered by warranty or return eligibility.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Djane Studio will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from delays, missed deliveries, third-party service interruptions, misuse, incorrect installation or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute or proceeding will be subject to the jurisdiction applicable to Djane Studio's operating entity and business location, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
